That’s a big percentage. 95% of the people talked about bad experiences. When people leave a review, it is, they’re usually in a highly emotional state, right? Usually it’s when they’re pissed off, they going to get on Google and they’re going to destroy the business or something and they’ll write this long review and give you like one star. Like, wow, that really sucks. But they do it right. And that’s when I get a lot of kickback from clients who don’t want to do this because they’re afraid of that bad review. But if I get a bad review and they’re like, it’s going to happen, you’re going to get a bad review. Just live with the fact that it’s going to happen. You’re going to get a bad review.

How do you come that getting a bad review? You can just get so many good reviews at one bad review doesn’t matter, right? You get a bunch of a five star objective. Google reviews one bad reviews from either a pissed off client or an Edmonton business consultant. Or maybe a pissed off employee who you fired because they were bad at their job and they go in there and make a fake profile and give you a one star or it could be a competitor of yours. Those, those are scenarios that always happen and you just have to combat it by getting the most Google reviews. Now, why is it important to us to get the most reviews? 88% of your ideal and likely buyers will look at reviews. That number does not change if it’s a hand to hand referral. So you’re thinking, okay, all my businesses are based on referrals.

That means you’re closing less of them because you didn’t get any Google reviews because they will still look at your Google. Exactly. So Google reviews, this is the word of mouth in the 21st century. Getting reviews. Okay. Edmonton business consultant, let’s see. Anything else on that one? Let’s move on to youtube. Let’s pull up a youtube channel. So Youtube on our, on that little drawing that you have of ours, you’ll see the next box as a youtube. What do I mean by Youtube? Well, I mean, having a youtube channel for your company, for your brand, why is that important? Well, here’s a quote from Gary Vaynerchuk. Anybody heard of Gary Vaynerchuk before? Few people have heard of them, right? So if you’re not putting a relevant content in relevant places, you don’t exist and that’s bad. It’s bad for any visits to not exist. Especially when a lot of people, 88% of people are looking for a product or service, right?

They’re looking for that youtube statistics according to Alexa, who has Alexa? Anyone? Anyone? What’s Alexa? Oh my gosh, what’s that? Yeah, Alexa is a, is from Amazon and basically it’s a, a voice search tool that you can use to either play music and turn your lights on and off, that sort of a thing. So according to a research I’ve gotten from Alexa, a massive data mine, youtube is the second most visited site in existence, like not just the most popular search. And it’s the second most visited website ever, ever. And you all know that Google is the number one search engine and youtube is the number two search engine on the planet. Like it is very, very important. Check it out Edmonton business consultant, both owned by Google, right? So why wouldn’t you want to use all of Google’s products to promote your business? Why wouldn’t you want to do that?

You’re just shooting yourself in the foot. Now this is our videos and aren’t built. They look awesome. Live that great backdrop and it was great. They look like garbage. They’re not great. I know that I wasn’t intending to get an award for my videos. The reason that I’m getting these videos made is for a couple of reasons. Number one, it gets me to talk about my business so I can, you know, flesh out really the ideas behind my business and really provide great information for people should they land on my page and they want to understand more about what we do, understand about growing a business, understand more about marketing and these types of things. I want to educate people should they happen to go on my page? We can direct people there and say, look at this and you can learn. But the biggest reason, the real reason behind why I’m making these crappy videos, as for the content that I can put on my website, that’s why I’m doing it.

So on my website, all these videos live on my website too. I don’t know, hosted there, but you can have access to them on the website. No, Josh. Um, and maybe go to our what our St math and it’ll show you once what’s happening down there. Okay. So let me just like segment and Oh, oh my gosh, that is a lot of content on my website. And you click on anything, one of those things and you’ll see that there is a video from you too. Cool. There it is. And then what’s underneath all of that words. Oh my gosh. For the robots, for the robots, that’s strictly for Google’s bots to read because they can’t really decipher pictures. They can’t really watch videos and we’re not making content for them. We’re making content, the written stuff below so that we can be found with the most html relevant content.

So that’s why we are using youtube. Our Edmonton business consultant and other people spend on average eight minutes and 41 seconds per day on Youtube and 70% of youtube views are on mobile phones, mobile phones. You want to make sure that, um, whatever you’re doing, you’ll optimize for mobile phones. And we’ll get to that point in just a minute. So a long form video content is the most efficient way to written content. Why? We have a content marketer in the room and it does not take him. It does not take him as long to write great content as it would take me to write great content. Or are you to write great content for your website?

Oh, sorry. So if you wanted to write a blog, let’s say a good blog article, thousand words, minimum for someone who’s really great at it, it’s going to take them a while, few hours, right? If you want to, or really well written one done by yourself, it could take you days, months, or even weeks. Especially because nobody’s, most people when they get out of school, they don’t write really ever besides an email or a text with emojis, right? Communicate with them. Oh Geez. Edmonton business consultant, realistically it’s, it’s impossible for you to get that much content put out in a short amount of time, especially when you’re running a business. We’re here to help business owners to grow your business, not to learn how to write content. So it’s easier to talk about your business and answer some questions and easily get over a thousand words content you can add to your website on a consistent basis, right? Because one of the keys, the first key to winning in SEO is having the most Google reviews in your industry. You get the most beat, your competitors beat their pants off with Google reviews. Second, second thing that we want to drive home to you is having the most html content and how do you get the most html content in those written words?

Do this. We make the videos, we transcribe the videos, we put the videos onto our website. We’re updating the content on mass on a regular basis. Gosh, how many wears you have on your website? That last count, last word. I’m going to queue up some. Everyone wants to be top in Google and they’re looking to be Luke Skywalker and shoot the beam through the thermal portal that one shot. And that’s why they’re losing. And I don’t care. I want to build the death stars that wins every time. And they rebuild the death star all the time. So when you talk about winning, [inaudible] wants that to happen. And the reason why it happens, reviews, we have 276 reviews. That means we’re the number one reviewed accounting firm in the entire country, not just an edited, um, and then on our site for Edmonton business consultant. And then it just goes and goes and goes and goes. My favorite assignment to make, we have accounting intern students. I make them count the words on my website. I love making terrible words on my website because I want to know all the words on my website. And you want to be number one in Google.

I have 628,158 words on my website. After I put souls, I’ll probably 700,000 and we filled in the content. So anybody wants. That’s why I don’t care about telling people my secret about getting top of Google because I’m 600,000 worth of editing. So by writing and anyone who said thinks they’re going to blog, they’re way ahead of me and all those big firms that have people paid the blow that are losing to be on Google because I’m doing it more.
