It is going to be potentially a detriment that if you have the wrong person working for your business and that you’re going to lose some revenue, some clients, and potentially even some good coworkers.

That kinda scares them a little bit make sure that you understand that it is going to be these things that are going to be understanding and you’re gonna have to wage and gauge against what is more important to you versus whether is good for the small business.
