Contrary to what everybody believes, business consultant advises, you do not get motivation first. What often tends to happen as people wait for them to get the positive energy to do something. Surprisingly enough this doesn’t done happen to them and then nothing happens. It is a common misconception that work comes last.

As a matter fact and particularly, business consultant says that if you are in small business, particularly as an owner, work should come first. You need to be able to talk to your family and say that you are going to be working very hard for the next little while in the hopes that you and your family will be able to eventually achieve time and financial freedom. Bear in mind that 15% of small businesses fail the first year, 30 in the second year and 50% in the fifth year of operations.

It was zig Ziglar, the speaker and author that said “motivation gets you going, and habit gets you there.” This is very true in quite frankly anything, not the less of which is in business.

Don’t necessarily be worried if you are not motivated quite yet, you are in fact human and motivation takes a little bit of time. You shouldn’t be able to beat yourself up over having a few days of low motivation. There could be potentially things that are going on in your life, or it could be just a particularly busy week that we, don’t let it bother you and don’t feel bad about it, that’s just part of the process!

It is a fact of life, says business consultant, that you’re just gonna run into negativity many a time. Customers, owners, suppliers, won’t be happy with you sometimes, and they are in fact is going to be negatively and animosity from within your small business. Again that’s just a simple fact of life and part of the process. Failure and rejection happens every day to the best of us. Just ask any successful small business owner if they hit it out of the park the first time. Chances are they will definitely say no it was a process of failing often and succeeding less. That’s something that you just can’t control. However what you can control is your attitude towards it. You need to instill a sense of positivity and optimism and put that forth in everything and anything that you do.

You can continue on with the trend as you go home and enter into your personal, private life you can make sure to instill a sense of positivity to the people around you, your family, your friends, etc. As well, you can instill positivity within yourself with the movies that you watch, the TV shows the watch, the books that you read, the social media that you read etc. If you divulge positivity you will give positivity forth.

You will be able to balance negative energy levels with your positive energy levels.

Business consultant says in preparation for a wonderful, optimistic, and positive week ahead, the first thing you can do is mitigate any sort of surprises that may or may not come your way. This can be educated surprises in that you know that if the weather is in the middle of winter chances are it’s going to be tough to get to work the next morning. Therefore, leave early. As well, have everything ready for work the night before. If you need to do certain errands the morning of then make sure you get up particularly early it all comes down to organization and certain sense of foresight if you are going to have a positive week ahead.

Business consultant also says that it will be wonderful on your sense of positivity and motivation if you mitigate all surprises as well. However, you need not worry if you are having a rough day this day or if you’re having a rough week. Such as in work as in life you’re only human and don’t beat yourself up if you are going through certain ups and downs and ebbs and flows at home or at work that is part of the process towards your ultimate goal of freedom. Don’t feel bad if you have bad days.

In times where you are looking for a sense of accomplishment and positivity, the best thing you can do for yourself is quite frankly just get out when your alarm goes off the first time, says business consultant. Do not hit the snooze button so that you eventually will then feel rushed and pressured for the rest of the day. Make sure that euros alarm is set the next morning and that you get up on the first alarm. That will allow you a sense of accomplishment, and a sense that you are winning the day already and you haven’t even open your eyes yet. What also this does for you is this allows you to feel as though now you have got 100% on the first task, now you look forward to getting a higher percent of the next task, and the next, and the next, and so on. This will allow you a sense of motivation at the very beginning of the day.

There is a very common misconception in life and business that says that you’re going to get motivated only before you get to work… Not! This just simply doesn’t work. You need to get to work so as to feel a sense of motivation and accomplishment you’re not going to feel accomplished if you’re just sitting there doing absolutely nothing that’s not motivation and that’s not accomplishment. Even if you get up and complete the first part of the task, consider that a small win towards your ultimate endgame. But you have to at least get up, show up, and do the best you possibly can even for just a little while so that you can find the motivation to keep going
