Business coach states that there is going to be a very big detriment to the employees always liking you.

Oftentimes that can’t happen because there are different moods, different lives, different times in their lives, and different struggles and stresses within their life.

There is not often a lot of cohesion within people’s lives and you have to find a happy medium in order to be able to properly deal with and allow the fact that you have to make other people comfortable as well.

Business coach also states that there is going to be a lot of the conversations were earlier or later the program problem is once you’re going to have to wait and the progression is not necessarily something you can solve overnight.

Now you can have an employee that is necessarily unhappy without the progression. But they might be six months or a year, or two years from the particular progression point.

They not might not necessarily find the progression point until much later and there gonna have to deal with the stresses of the job in the meantime.

Business coach also states the fact that they are going to have a lot of the same thing and it is going to be a lot of the same work and a lot of the same time.

They have to deal with them in the protocol with the companies that they are initially going to have the easiest conversation.

You’re gonna have to expect a little bit of resistance if you want to be liked all the time.

Your gonna have to understand that the feeling like they are necessarily growing or they feel like they are working for a particular company that isn’t succeeding. Do you consider the fact that you are going to want to have that initial awkwardness from within the conversation and are you going to want the awkwardness earlier or later?

It is going to get more awkward if you in fact have to fire that particular person. Often times what ends up happening is the fact that you have not dealt with the issue that is the discipline disciplinary issue within your business and then it is just going to grow and grow in terms of the problem getting worse.

Now the problem big becomes very difficult for them as well as for you in the fact that they are going to lose their job and you are going to be put into the very unenviable position where you are going to have to tell them that they have to be let go.

It is a decision where you’re gonna have to be working for an employer that is not necessarily growing and hopefully, although every business goes through ebbs and flows, there is the decision that has to be made that there is going to be a change from within the business in terms of personnel and in terms of the attitude of the business.

 

 

 

Business Coach | Don’t Deal with Employee Employer Relationships

Business coach states that if you don’t deal with employee employer relationships, the problem is just altogether going to get far worse.

Often times what ends up happening is the fact that the employee doesn’t often know that he is doing something wrong, or he is doing something against the companies policies, procedures, ethics, and morals.

It is going to be the consider a should wear if the employees feel like they’re not growing or they are working for an employer that is not growing, then that engagement level falls off the map.

The decision where there’s gonna be a conversation earlier in a lot of the times where it is later and you definitely going to want to have that in Nick initial awkward conversation because if not it is going to get worse.

The consideration where is not necessarily possible for them to get back on track is thoughtful and will cause a little bit of friction as well.

It is going to end up where a lot of people who are definitely stuck to the organization can consider the fact that you’re going to have to get unstuck from that particular problem and that particular dilemma.

You’re not going to be able to move forward from within your business or from within the relationship with that particular subordinate if you don’t necessarily do something about it as a leader.

Business coach states that that is exactly what it comes down to, leadership. If you are a business owner, you are automatically thrust in the position of leader. If you are not necessarily somebody who likes to lead, so many who likes to teach, or somebody who likes to mentor, then potentially business ownership may not necessarily be for you and you are going to have to reconsider your career plans.

It is often thought of that there is going to be accountable idea where you are going to be equally accountable to your employees as your employees are to you.

There going to get bored and if employees feel like they’re not growing or they are not growing for an employer, or they are working for an employee and employer that is not growing, then the engagement level is just not one that is conducive to success.

It is going to be potentially a year, or two, that will allow for progression in that they definitely might be six month, or year or two months but before that, you’re gonna have a lot of the conversation earlier than when you have something particularly about it.

This is often gonna be thought of where you’re gonna have to tell them that it is not up to the standards of something in and of themselves.

If you can necessarily get them unstuck, you’re gonna have to move forward within the organization without them.

As well, says business coach, you are going to have to quell that sense of resentment, both by the employee and by the employer.
